COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course aims to understand Chatbot fundamentals, analyze what a chatbot is and how it operates, illustrate the advantages and discuss the typical use cases. Thanks to this course we can demonstrate creating a chatbot without programming experience and present user friendly chatbot development platforms, like Google DialogFlow. Furthermore, after the creation and first usage, we will discuss best practice configuration and tuning chatbots in order to fit into daily activities and the optimization of existing processes with the assistance of chatbots.
